Hannah's life

Hello. My name is Tammy. My daughter is Hannah. Hannah is a little girl that has Rett Syndrome. She is the most special gift. Hannah has a brother, Patrick. He is 17 years old and lives outside the home. Our life is full of love and fun. We just wanted to share some of our special days with you. Hannah loves horses. She was invited to ride while at the village. It was amazing, these horses were so kind and gentle. The people that volunteered their time to work at the village were amazing. I am so thankful for each and every person, most especially the ones that provided the horses for these children to enjoy.
