Hello. My name is Tammy. My daughter is Hannah. Hannah is a little girl that has Rett Syndrome. She is the most special gift. Hannah has a brother, Patrick. He is 17 years old and lives outside the home. Our life is full of love and fun. We just wanted to share some of our special days with you. We took a carriage ride through the village. It was nice. Hannah always enjoys anything with horses, so this was extra special for her.
