Hello. My name is Tammy. My daughter is Hannah. Hannah is a little girl that has Rett Syndrome. She is the most special gift. Hannah has a brother, Patrick. He is 17 years old and lives outside the home. Our life is full of love and fun. We just wanted to share some of our special days with you. On a trip thru the backyard, we saw Pluto's house, the garden and the garage. We then got to see Mickey before leaving.
